Smithereens’ frontman Pat DiNizio talks about the 9 months he recently spent in Las Vegas during his “Confessions of A Rock Star” show run at the Riviera Hotel, as well as The Smithereens’ legendary live performances.
“Every show we perform as if it might be the last one we play. That’s what we owe to the audience, who’ve made it possible for us to have a life worth living. We’ve got to be twice as good as bands half our age. Every show is a marathon.”
