We’ve found a limited number of T-shirts commemorating The Smithereens 2008 concerts at The Court Tavern in New Jersey. These shows not only resulted in the acclaimed “Live In Concert” album, but turned out to be The Smithereens’ final appearances at the now closed Court Tavern. A one of a kind memento of a historic series of shows.
Smithereens friend Rich Firestone remembers The Court Tavern, and The Smithereens four night residency in early 2008, recording the shows for their “Live in Concert – Greatest Hits and More” album.
